I think System should get back cuz ye ah...that really waznt a reason but i like Serj by himself and I like Scars like Thatz pretty much all i listen 2 but i like system more but What can I do about it?

3: Why wouldn't you want bands to speak out against calamities such as the iraq war and ethnic cleansing abroad? To me, when they play live and they talk about this 'bullshit,' as you call it, they are just explaining their art. this world right now is ALL about issues and politics, like it or not, and it is up to us (the people) to make decisions and act for the right thing, whatever it may be. we have much more power than we realize, like serj said.

1: Bands like system who relay a message through their music aren't TELLING or LECTURING you, they are just presenting their opinion, how you interpret and react to that opinion is up to you. some people choose to believe it because it seems logical to them. and vice versa. 2: You never said that you didn't see system's or serj's work as political. you just said that you didn't want them to put political bullshit (what you said) into their lyrics.

Yeah he is very smart but... ahh idk i am aware that the "content" of serj's and soad's music is political but i just dont see it that way! P.S. u ppl (baharran) need to calm the frick down 1st of all ur trying to yell at someone via messaging (not gonna work) and your trying to change my mind using offensive and "smart" language (especially not gonna work) :)

goddamn! not only is the sky over but so is america. listen to yourself anime boy. just fucking listen to yourself. serj tankian and soad is all POLITICAL. all of it/ them. almost every song, almost every word, almost every ounce of it. serj tankian is a genius. he voices the most important issues into well articulated, enjoyable music, and then ignorant people who call the survival of this nation and society as a whole bullshit, go and prove unthinking majority right with every word you say
